Syracuse Police have arrested a suspect in a murder that occurred last month.
City police say 22 year old George Booker Junior was gunned down on June 27th on East Kennedy Street. Booker died later at a Syracuse hospital. Cops have now interviewed witnesses and have studied evidence at the scene and have arrested 23 year old Cyrell Haygood of Syracuse who's been charged with Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
City police say their investigation into the homicide is continuing.
