E-Cigs Now Banned On School Grounds in NYS

FDA Announces New Regulations For E-Cigarettes

Governor Cuomo has signed a bill that will ban e-cigarettes at all public and private schools throughout the state.

A state Health Department survey shows the number of high school students using e-cigs nearly doubled from a little over ten-percent in 2014 to more than 20 percent in 2016.

E-cigarettes don't have tobacco in them but they heat-up liquid nicotine and give out water vapor. The state has already banned the use of e-cigs in public buildings around the state.
