State Police have now arrested a 5th suspect in the murder of a Jefferson County man back in May.
The latest suspect is identified as 26 year old Shawn Moore Junior and he's been charged with second degree murder in the death of 20 year old Tyler Johnson. He was gunned down in his home in what 's believed to be a drug deal gone bad.
In fact State Police say some of the suspects in the case posed as police officers to gain entrance into the house. Four other suspects in the case, including a Syracuse man, have also been charged with murder in the case.
