Utica Police have arrested a city teen on a shots fired call. Police were called out last night to Bladina Street to a report of shots fired.
They were told by a group of people there that that a man who goes by the name of Abdul had fired a handgun at them and then fled the scene.Police were quickly able to develop a suspect in the case and 17 year old Abdullahi Hayder was charged in the case. He's facing charges of attempted assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
