State Police have arrested an Oswego County man on rape charges.
37 year old Williams Parks of Pennellville is being held on $25,000 dollars cash bail after being charged with a Criminal Sex Act and First Degree Rape.
Troopers claim that Parks had forcible sexual contact with a young female victim who he was acquainted with.Parks was arraigned in Town of Salina Court and is being held in the Justice Center.
