A Syracuse woman has been arrested on arson charges after police say she set a fire on South Salina Street.
Firefighters were called to the scene just before two this morning where they found a fire burning in the rear of a property at 4712 South Salina. The fire was quickly extinguished,City Police interviewed several neighbors at the scene and witnesses which lead to the arrest of 32 year old Nicole Stanton.
It's alleged that she set the fire in a ongoing dispute between the suspect and a resident that lives in the building.No one was hurt, and Stanton has been charged with Arson and Criminal Mischief.
