An Oswego County man has been arrested for a second time for beating up a young child. 24 year old Joshua Hare of Mexico has now been charged with assaulting a child under the age of seven who was left in his care by the child's mother.
Deputies say hare assaulted another child in the home last month with a tent pole. Deputies are now working with child protective service on the case. Police say the mother was at work when the assaults occurred and that Hare claimed he was handing out punishment to the kids who were misbehaving.
