An Oneida County man has been arrested and charged with having sex with a young boy.
Sheriffs Deputies say 21 year old Brandon Weber is accused of First Degree Sexual Abuse after cops say he had sexual contact with a young boy under the age of 11 in the City of Rome.
The incident occurred this month and Weber is being held without bail.
An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim and the victim is being offered counseling services.
