Oneida, N.Y. - Oneida City Police have revealed the identities of two people killed in a weekend house fire.

Oneida Police say 50-year-olds James and Pauline Davis died in the fire that swept thru their Lenox Avenue home. The victims lived on the second floor of a duplex where firefighters were unable to rescue the couple because of intense heat and smoke.

Oneida Police are asking anyone who may have had contact with the Davis' Friday night to contact them.

The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
