Woman accused of pimping teen now charged in own daughter's death

Oneida, N.Y. – A Madison County Woman accused of prostituting a child is now being charged in a separate case -- the death of her own infant daughter.

Mandy Pope is accused of recklessly causing the death of daughter Miranda Joslyn. Prosecutors say Pope had the 4-week-old baby in bed when the mother rolled onto the infant causing her death in January.

Pope pleaded not-guilty this week to manslaughter charges.

Pope and Aaron Winn were charged back in March after Pope was accused of pimping out a 16-year-old girl to Winn.
