North Syracuse, N.Y. – A Liverpool man is facing a litany of charges after he was busted driving drunk in North Syracuse.
State Police say Kenneth Mack was pulled over on John Glenn Boulevard for a Traffic infraction on Independence Day. Troopers suspected Mack was drunk and asked him to exit his car for a field sobriety test. That's when officers say Mack began to physically resist officers. Back-up Onondaga County Sherriff's Deputies helped to bring Mack into Custody. He was also busted with pot.
Mack is charged with felony aggravated DWI along with misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration and a violation for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Mack was arraigned in the Town of Clay and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $10,000 bail.
