Early Fourth Fireworks when Cicero Man Murders Brother-In-Law

Cicero, N.Y. - There were early Independence Day fireworks in Cicero when a man murdered his Brother-In-Law early Wednesday Morning.

Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies say James Ball and Christopher Ross were arguing at Ball’s home on Chinkapin Circle at about 5 o'clock the morning of the Fourth of July. Deputies say the two men's argument turned physical when they and began fighting one another. The situation turned deadly when Ball got hold of his .22 Caliber rifle and gunned his brother-in-law down. 

Ross died shortly after arriving to the Hospital.

Ball was arraigned in Salina Town Court on murder and criminal use of a firearm charges.
