Oswego County Sheriffs Deputies have arrested a West Monroe man after a violent domestic dispute.
27 year old Michael Jenner has been charged with Criminal Mischief, Harassment and and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
Jenner is accused of pushing the victim to the ground and then applied pressure to the neck making it hard the breathe along with damaging a screen door to the residence. Jenner will answer the charges in a court appearance next week.
