A bizzare assault case in the North Country had landed one man in jail.
Watertown Police have arrested 41 year old Francis Babcock after he attacked his wife with a Diet Coke and a cheeseburger. Police were called out overnight after a call from Christina Babcock who told police that her husband was enraged and started throwing food at her.
Francis Babcock is also accused of damaging his wife's hairbrush and a car charger during the incident. Babcock has been charged with Criminal Mischief.
