A Pulaski man has been arrested on a Public Lewdness charge.
Oswego County Sheriffs Deputies says one of their patrols was passing by the home of 49 year old Michael Chrisman on Lake Street.
The officer witnessed Chrsiman standing in his front lawn exposing his intimate parts while urinating which could easily be seen from the street.Chrisman has been charged with a class B misdemeanor and will answer the charge in Town of Richland Court.
