Syracuse, N.Y. - A man is facing charges after a burglary in Syracuse.
Police say they arrested Charles Luttrell after he broke into a Delong Avenue home yesterday morning and attacked a victim. Police say Luttrell used a bat and another weapon to beat and stab the victim. The 50-year-old victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. Investigators say that the two men knew each other.
Lutrell was found by Syracuse Police a short distance away from the scene of the burglary and attack and arrested him. He is now facing burglary, assault and criminal possession of a weapon's charges and is being held at the justice center.
