An elderly Oswego County man has been killed after a tragic lawn mowing accident.
State Police say they were called to a home in Boylston to a report of a man trapped under a commercial lawn tractor.
That's where they found 78 year old Robert Fallows unresponsive. He was operating a John Deere zero-turn tractor on County Route 17 when he somehow became pinned beneath underneath the tractor in a four foot ditch.
He was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. An investigation of the incident is still underway.
