A Wayne County man has been arrested after cops say he's accused of performing a sex act in front of his own child.
Wayne County Sheriffs Deputies says 27 year old Clifford Bennett Junior of Lyons was arrested after an investigation that was conducted by the Department of Social Services. Police say Child services received a report that Bennett was caught masturbating in front of a seven year old child.
The incident occurred back in March. Bennett is back out on the street after being issued an appearance tickets and an order of protection was issued for the child.
