An Oneida County man has been arrested for groping a female victim with Cerebral Palsy.
Sheriffs Deputies says the groping occurred earlier this month on three separate occasions. 40 year old Alan Schmelzle of Forestport was an employee of the local Cerebral Palsy Association and was taking clients to volunteer work sites in the community.
That's when police say Schmelzle touched the intimate sexual parts of a 24 year old client while at sites in Forestport and Trenton. He's been charged with Forcible Touching, but he's back out on the street after he was given a simple ticket.
