Mexico, N.Y. – An Oswego County man accused of drunkenly hitting an Amish buggy is due in court.
State Police arrested Kenneth Nassoiy of Richland on Saturday when he allegedly rammed a buggy on State Route Three in the Town of Mexico. 23-year-old Enos Yoder and 25-year-old Ida were hurt while 3-month-old Moses suffered several skull fractures when they were thrown from the buggy.
Nassoiy had a blood alcohol level of .12% when he was arrested. He wasn't hurt in the crash.
Nassoiy is scheduled to answer felony drunk driving charges in the Town of Mexico Court Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
