An Indiana man has been arrested on bestiality charges after he was caught having sex with a pony.
72 year old Phillip Butler was literally nabbed with his pants down when he was confronted by a witness.The witness says they spotted Butler's truck parked outside the barn and saw Butler standing behind a female pony named Duchess.
His pants were down and he was having sexual intercourse with the pony.Butler told the witness he had a problem and he would never do it again. Police say the witness has caught Butler having sex with ponies on several occasions.
Butler admitted to police that he takes the ponies into a back shed so no one can see him. Butler has now been charged with a level 6 felony.
