City hall says two people have been arrested on charges if illegal dumping in town.The mayors office says two men have been cited for dumping incidents on Peat Street and Lancaster Avenue.
Bradford Church of Oneida County has been cited for dumping several boats seats on Peat Street. Brett Katz was also cited for dumping a porcelain toilet on Lancaster Avenue which broke into pieces on the right of way.
Mayor Stephanie Miner says the city will use all it's resources to address illegal dumping and target people who commit the crime.
