A 20 year old Jefferson County man has died at a Syracuse hospital after being gunned down this morning.
State Police say 20 year old Tyler Johnson was shot in his Town of Pamelia home this morning and later died at a Syracuse hospital. Troopers say they have a large group of individuals that they're interested in speaking with and there's the potential that more than one person was involved in Johnson's death.
Police don't believe the public is in any danger and that this shooting was a targeted event. State Police canines were at the scene today trying to find clues in the murder.
Anyone with information in the case is being asked to contact State Police at 315-366-6000.
