A Syracuse man has been nabbed by State Police after cops say he was driving drunk on the grounds of the Turning Stone casino and crashed his car.
When troopers arrived, they found that 32 year old Noble Smith had crashed his car into a tree. State Police say Smith was also driving with a suspended license and was using his cell phone while driving.
Smith also admitted to police that he was using his cell phone while driving.
