Utica, N.Y. – Closing arguments set today in Oneida County in the trail of a woman accused of poising her boss with a deadly dose of gout medication.
Kaitlyn Conley is accused of killing Mary Yoder in July of 2015. Conley then, according to testimony given by Yoder's son Adam, consoled the son and had sex with him the night of his mother's memorial.
Conley worked for Yoder for four years at the Chiropractic Family Care offices in Whitesboro.
