Oswego County Sheriffs Deputies have arrested a Durham, New York man after he's accused of head-butting a deputy. 41 year old Jamie Miller was pulled over after he was observed by police swerving all over the road on Route 104 in Mexico.
He finally pulled over in a driveway in New Haven after failing to comply with police and that's when Miller allegedly head-butted one of the deputies as he was being placed into a patrol car.Miller has now been charged with Aggravated DWI, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Miller is now being held on $50,000 bail.
