Mayor Stephanie Miner says she plans to veto new changes to the city's budget.
The city's common council said they're planning on changing the budget to reflect additional state funding for schools.
They removed $2,000,000 for fire and police overtime for new police officers.
Miner criticized the changes and defended her original budget.
