A Clay man has apparently won 10 million dollars with a scratch-off lottery ticket.
The winner will be presented with his check on Thursday at the Stewart's Shop on Morgan Road where the man bought the ticket. State Lottery officials say the ticket was purchased on Easter Sunday.
The 10 million dollar winner is the top prize in the lottery's $10,000,000 Cash ticket which celebrates the lottery's 50th anniversary.
