Three Seneca County residents have been charged with kidnapping a man who was held against his will for more than a day.Seneca Falls Police say the arrests come after a week-long investigation into a kidnapping and extortion case.
The victim was a 28 year old man who was held against his will at his home for 28 hours. Police say a 15 year old child was also present during the kidnapping. 39 year year old Bryan Gonyeau, 34 year old Jesse Dillsworth and 37 year old Lisa Freer have all been charged, with kidnapping, conspiracy and grand larceny.
Police say the suspects were trying extort money from the victim. The suspects are now being held without bail.
