An Albany area man has been arrested after cops say he placed a cameras inside a Starbucks bathroom, and now investigators are concerned that he may have placed cameras in other coffee shops upstate.
The police have arrested Johnathon Waters on a charge of Unlawful Surveillance. He's pleaded not guilty. But investigators say they have reason to believe there could be cameras in other Starbucks coffee shops and customers may have been videotaped without their knowledge.
Waters disguised the camera as a USB device and an employee actually discovered the camera. Another cameras was located in the nearby Crossgates mall too. waters is now being held on 30 thousand dollars bail.
