OCC officials have nabbed a peeping tom in a ladies bathroom on campus.
The victim heard a clicking noise coming from the next stall and quickly knew is was the sound of a cell phone camera under the stall.
She ran out of the bathroom yelling "get him" and the student was tackled by another student and held for the police.The student was identified as Garret Monds of Liverpool and he's now been charged with a felony count of unlawful surveillance and he's been suspended from school.
