A Fulton man has been arrested on Menacing charges after police say he was involved in a physical confrontation and tried to strangle his victim.
Oswego County Sheriffs Deputies say 37 year old Michael Clark put his hands around the victim's neck along with shoving their head through a glass tank.
The Incident occurred in the Town of Granby, but there's no word on whether the victim suffered any serious injuries.Clark is now being held on $1,000 bail and he'll be in court tonight.
