Syracuse Police have arrested a suspect after a man was shot and killed on Lodi Street earlier this month.
City Police say they've tracked down 24 year old Javon McGloun who they called armed and dangerous. He was captured on Primrose Avenue in the city and he's now been charged with Second Degree Murder.
The shooting occurred April 16th when police found 26 year old Wynban Goodard who had been shot in the back. The victim was still alive at the time, but died a few hours later at a Syracuse hospital.Police say they were able to identify a suspect after witness interviews and evidence located at the scene.
