The Solvay Union Free School District alerted parents and the public about a man found taking photos of students at an elementary school Wednesday.
The district posted on its Facebook page that the man drove up alongside the playground at Solvay Elementary School, got out and took pictures of students as they played. A teacher there asked the man to leave, and he got back in his car and drove off. School officials notified Solvay Police, and the district says they will cooperate fully with any investigation. The district notified parents about what happened with a letter sent home with elementary school students.
