Congressman John Katko is taking himself out of the race for New York Attorney General. Katko announced yesterday that he won't challenge Attorney General Eric Schneiderman in 2018. Katko says he'll focus on seeking a third term in Congress. Katko says he knows Schneiderman and there's no bad blood between them.
