A Syracuse woman has been arrested after a stabbing on James Street today in broad daylight. City police says they were called to the scene and found a 44 year old woman who had been stabbed in her left arm. Her injuries are not considered to be life threatening.
They later found out there was a dispute between the victim and her attacker and police eventually caught up with 37 year old Virginia Finch. She's now been charged with Assault, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon and is being held at the Justice Center.
