A Pulaski man has been charged with Rape after police say he had sexual contact with a victim under the age of 15. 20 year old Eric Rumble has been charged in the case after Sheriffs Deputies say he was involved in several incidents with the victim between February and April of this year.
Rumble has been charged with Second Degree Rape, a Criminal Sex Act and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Rumble is being held on $10,000 bail and he's due to appear in court next week.
