A Syracuse man is under arrest after police say he forcibly touched two women on the SU campus. 26 year old Dennis Smalley Junior has been nabbed after SU Public Safety officials say he walked into an SU dorm and forcibly touched a woman there and was involved in a second touching incident on campus.
Investigators say Smalley exposed himself to one female victim before he started "grinding" on her. In the other case a second victim was groped. SU public safety officials recently sent out an alert about a strange man walking up to female students asking them odd questions, and they believe Smalley is the same man.
