Oneida County Sherrif Deputies have arrested an 84 year old man on child pornography charges.David Talman of Utica has been charged with multiple counts of possessing sexual performances by a child.
His arrest follows a three week investigation about his on-line activities. Deputies received a tip on the case from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They tracked down Talman's IP address. Deputies say additional charges are possible in the case as their investigation continues.
Even though Talman has been charged with multiple felonies, he was released on an appearance ticket because police don't believe he's a flight risk because of his age and they haze seized all of his electronic equipment.
