Tuesday is Dolphy Day. Students have been up all night celebrating on the campus of Le Moyne College in DeWitt. It's a tradition that dates back to 1971. The date of Dolphy Day is usually a surprise to students each year. According to The Dolphin, legend has it that the Grand Wizard came to earth for the first time on this day to make his wishes known to a student, and ensure an annual celebration.
