Cleveland Police are hunting for a murder suspect they hope will turn himself in. Authorities say Steve Stephens posted video on Facebook of a deadly shooting. At a news conference yesterday, Police Chief Calvin Williams asked the suspect to end the manhunt peacefully. Police believe the victim, 74-year-old Robert Goodwin, was a random target. Syracuse.com is reporting that police say Stephens may have crossed into New York State or Pennsylvania.
