Syracuse Police were called to the 1100 block of South Townsend Street just after 10 Wednesday night after calls to 911 reporting shots being fired. Officers found a 26-year-old male and a 16-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were treated at Upstate University Hospital.
