A Rome man has been arrested after police say they found a boatload of drugs and packaging materials in his home.
36 year old David Waller, also known as "Waldo," has been charged with a felony count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell.
Police obtained a search warrant to enter his North Madison Street apartment Rome Police say they seized heroin, cocaine and meth, along with drug packaging materials.
