A Liverpool man has been arrested after police say he allowed a three year old boy to wander out of the house and he was found walking down route 31.
38 year old Jeremy Robinson has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child after a passerby spotted the toddler walking on Route 31 near the Willowstream Apartments.
When the child was found, State Police started searching for his parents needed the public's help in tracking them down.Police say Robinson was sleeping when the child wandered out of the house.
