Justice For Cayuga County Murder Victim

A State of Appeals Court has upheld the conviction and sentence of a brutal Central New York Killer. Lawyers for Ryan Brahney claimed their client's sentence of 54 years to life was illegal, but the court today disagreed.

Brahney was convicted of brutally murdering his girlfriend Bridget Bell of Auburn nearly six years ago. She was stabbed three dozen times and he left his large knife in her chest.

Bell had a child with Brahney who's now being raised by his grandmother. Budelman says it's the worst domestic violence case he's ever seen and he says Brahney will never see the light of day again.
