A Level 3 sex offender in Auburn has been arrested again on sex-related charges. State Police say they've hauled in 52 year old Jack Douglas after it's alleged he was trying to engage a 13 year old in sexual contact.
Douglas was taken into custody before having any contact with the young girl.. He was arraigned in Seneca County and he's being held without bail.
Douglas was being supervised by the Stated Parole Board and he was a Level 3 sex offender at the time of his arrest.
