Two City of Oneida residents have been arrested for luring a 16 year old girl into having sex. 27 year old Mandy Pope is accused of bringing the young victim to the home of 28 year old Aaron Winn for sex in exchange for money and Pope pocketed the cash.
Police then say Pope had sex with Winn after the young girl did. The 16 year old victim eventually revealed the incident to a counselor who contacted the police. Both suspects have been charged with a slew of sex-related felonies. Pope is now being held without bail.
