A elderly Fulton man has been arrested on Public Lewdness charges after police say he was exposing himself on the side of a highway in the Town of Palermo.
Sheriffs Deputies say they received complaints that 71 year old Salomon Salisbury exposed his intimate parts to people driving by.
Police say Salisbury had a previous conviction on Public Lewdness charges last year.Salisbury was charged with a misdemeanor and is now in the Oswego County Jail being held on $1,000 bail.
