An Otsego County man is behind bars after State Police conspired to kill someone.
56 year old Danny Baldwin of Cherry Valley has been charged with conspiracy after he conspired with one or more people to intentionally cause the death of another person. Troopers say that crime constitutes the crime of second degree murder.
Police say Baldwin attempted to hire a hitman to cause the intentional death of someone else. Baldwin is now being held on $250,000 bail.
