The search for a missing Oneida County man has been suspended in Florida. 21 year old Andrew Dillman of Rome was aboard a charter boat with other college students this week when another student on the boat turned up missing after he jumped into the water In Florida's Pinnelas County.
Dillman dove into the water to try and find his friend, but it's believed that Dillman was pulled under by a rip current. The Coast Guard says 15 students were aboard the charter boat, which only had a capacity for six passengers.
